Monday morning signals the start of my second round of P90X2.
For this round, I joined a Facebook group of guys who all did P90X2 together. We are doing a P90X2/Insanity: The Asylum Hybrid. I love hybrid workouts schedules because it keeps things fresh and exciting.
I did a P90X/Insanity hybrid for two rounds last year and I loved it. I am very excited to get started with this. The Asylum is the hardest cardio I have ever done. Insanity is hard, the Asylum is crazy.
Our first week looks like:
Week 1: (April 30)
Monday: X2 Total Body, X2 Ab Ripper
Tuesday: Asylum Speed & Agility
Wednesday: Asylum Strength, X2 Ab Ripper
Thursday: X2 Plyocide
Friday: X2 Balance & Power, X2 Ab Ripper
Saturday: X2 Yoga
Sunday: X2 Recovery & Mobility or Rest
The only workout I haven’t done yet is Asylum Strength, so I am excited to give it a shot. I have said this before, but one of my favorite parts of using Beachbody’s programs is that you can mix and match them to suit your personal needs, so you don’t get bored.
I thought my RESULTS from P90X2 were good, I think my results from the next 90 days are going to be insane.
